All orders are shipped within 24 hours

All orders are shipped with AUSTRALIA POST except under some circumstances we could use other providers

We dispatch all products from our warehouse based in Perth, Western Australia, 6000

Can I track my order? 

It is your full responsibility to monitor the progress of your package once receiving the tracking link through your email address/phone number. Make sure to check your junk/spam mail 

In the event of a delay we recommend contacting the shipping provider

If for any reason we have an undelivered/returned package you will have to cover postage costs

Orders within Australia 

Allow 3-5 business days for delivery once dispatched. (Standard within Australia for Australia Post)

Australian orders above $85 get Free Standard Shipping

We have a $9.30 flat shipping rate for orders under $85 within Australia. *Please note some items are set on a $12.50 standard shipping rate. This is automatically calculated at checkout. This price is set based on the weight of the item

Orders outside Australia 

Australia Post delivery times can take anywhere between 9 to 25 business days. Due to COVID, delivery times can vary and delays can occur without prior notice 

At the moment we only ship to Australia and New Zealand, however if you are from another country and wish to purchase our products we are more than happy to assist you. Please send us an email to hello@earthlymade.com.au with your queries or alternatively you can use the form via our contact page

Depending on your country, you may owe duties, taxes, or custom fees in addition to our shipping costs, which only cover the postal service of the product/s. Unfortunately, we can't change your government's laws
